Please e-mail us about any mouthpieces you are interested in to ensure that the piece is still in stock.
Upon confirmation that the piece is in stock we will send you payment information including tax (if applicable) and shipping.
We will ship upon receipt of electronic payment. We typically ship two or three times a week and will follow up with you via e-mail with a tracking number.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
Mouthpiece Trial Policy
We are happy to send out up to three new or used mouthpieces on a one week trial. All mouthpieces sent out on trial must be prepaid before we will ship them. The buyer is responsible for the pieces once they have been received, in addition it is the responsibility of overseas customers to pay for any charges related to customs. As with any other order we will provide tracking information so that both parties can track the shipment.
We require that any returned pieces be sent via a carrier that provides tracking information. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Each piece returned has a $5.00 restocking fee. If the piece is returned to us in a state different than when it was shipped then the piece will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.
We accept payment via paypal, money order, cashiers check, or personal check provided we approve in advance (all payments made using non-electronic means are subject to a waiting period so that we can ensure that funds have been received).
